A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of cost (to a certain extent). We will move your site(s) to our ultra–modern cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that switching hosting providers can lead to lost info and undesired network downtime. Because of this, we will perform all that for you for free!We have qualified administrators whose main assignment is to make sure that your site performs exactly as it did on your former hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based upon famous applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time interval, because there are plenty of variables, including the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to move your website within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (in case the website content is not very large).

A: Yes. We’ll need to have the name of the site that you would like us to migrate. We’ll also require a means to log into your current web hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your web site.

A: Client privacy is truly one of our greatest responsibilities – that is why, both our payment page and our CP login page are secured with enterprise–grade SSLs. We use safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative procedures to safeguard the info that we accumulate on the web. A: While we move your web site, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. Once the migration is finished, we will make sure that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your content is not jeopardized prior to telling you that the transfer is finished. Then we’ll explain to you how to move the domain to your web hosting account with us and how to edit your DNS settings.

A: No. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we won’t require anything. We’ll never contact your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: We can transfer your web site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform provided that we can gain access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only web sites that we’re unable to transfer are those based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
